On January 18, 2024, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced its final determination of the expiry review concerning the anti-dumping (AD) measure on certain carbon steel welded pipe originating in or exported from Taiwan, India, Oman, South Korea, Thailand, and the UAE and the countervailing duties (CVD) on the same products from India, ruling that expiry of the AD and CVD orders is like to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping and subsidizing.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) was scheduled to issue its final decision on industrial injury no later than June 26, 2024.
