FRP grating is a grating made of fiberglass and organic polymer materials. Its appearance and performance are similar to wooden gratings or metal gratings.
This kind of grating has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, anti-corrosion and insulation, and is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, environmental protection and other fields.
The main features of fiberglass grating are light weight and high strength. Its relative density is between 1.5 and 2.0, which is only 1/4 to 1/5 of ordinary steel, but its tensile strength can reach more than 300MPa.
In addition, it also has excellent properties such as corrosion resistance, insulation, flame retardancy, and anti-aging, and can maintain its performance and appearance for a long time.
The specifications and sizes of FRP gratings can be customized according to specific needs. Common specifications include 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, etc.
It can also be compounded into multi-layer grilles as needed to further enhance its performance. In addition, it is easy to maintain and clean, and can adapt to long-term use in various environments.
In terms of application, FRP grating can be used in chemical plants, pharmaceutical plants, sewage treatment plants and other places that require liquid storage and treatment, as sidewalks, vehicle passages, trench covers, etc.
In addition, it can also be used for decoration and landscape, such as gardens, rockeries, water features and other occasions.

What is FRP?
FRP (FRP) is also called GFRP, which is fiber reinforced plastic. It generally refers to a reinforced plastic that uses glass fiber to reinforce unsaturated polyester, epoxy resin and phenolic resin matrix, and uses glass fiber or its products as reinforcing materials. It is called glass fiber. Reinforced plastic, or fiberglass, is different from tempered glass.
Due to the different types of resin used, there are polyester FRP, epoxy FRP, and phenolic FRP. It is light and hard, non-conductive, has stable performance, high mechanical strength, less recycling and corrosion resistance. It can replace steel in manufacturing machine parts and automobile and ship shells.
