On October 3, 2022, the Mexican Secretariat of Economy (SE) announced to maintain the anti-dumping duties (CVD) on imports of carbon steel welded pipes originating in the US, Spain, and India.

The AD duty rate for US exporting companies was US$575.01/ton, that for Spain was US$62.22/ton, and that for India was US$81.61/ton. The duties were originally imposed in 2016.

The products involved are carbon steel pipes with straight and/or helical longitudinal seams, with an external diameter greater than 406.4 mm, classified under HS codes 7305.11.02, 7305.12.02, and 7305.19.99.
